The ICCR head spoke to the Concall with V-C and several representatives of Afghan students and described the various steps taken by the central government to ensure no student who missed the academic year.
“All efforts are being carried out to help students who have received tickets to Indian universities or have submitted a passport for Indian visas in Afghanistan.
