New Delhi: Telecom operators riding on Vodafone debt on Friday reported widening consolidation losses to Rs 7,230.9 Crore for the third quarter which ended December 2021.
The company has posted a loss of Rs 4.532.1 Crore in the same period last year.
Consolidated income from operations fell 10.8 percent to RS 9,717.3 Crore from Rs 10,894.1 Crore in the appropriate quarter 2020-21.
The customer base declined to 24.72 crores from 26.98 crore in the period last year due to increased level of service by the company.
Apart from the tariff increase, the average income per user (ARPU) decreased by around 5 percent to Rs 115, compared to Rs 121 in the same quarter of 2020-21.
