Kolkata: A controversy has erupted in West Bengal for the organizer of a Puja Durga who decided to install the idol of the head of Mamata Banerjee’s head in Marquee and Dewi Durga, provoked the reaction of anger from the BJP opposition called the “nausea” step and one who hurt the sensitivity of the country’s Hindus .
The famous Clayer Mintu PAL model sculpt fiberglass idol in the Kumartuli studio which made “gods” in the white TMC Supremo Saree white and his trademark flip-flop sandals to boot.
“I have studied Dear CM photos and videos as a reference point.
The way he walks, speaks, interacts with the public, while printing an idol face,” Pal said on Friday.
The ten hands of gods, instead of holding weapons, will have a depiction of projects such as Kanyashree, Swastha Sathi, RupaSree, Sabujsathi and Lakshmir Bhandar, among others.
Organizers, he said, wanted to tell people about various universally recognized development projects launched by the government.
BJP, however, is not amused.
“Deize Mamata Banerjee, who has innocent Bengalal blood in his hand, after the violence of a terrible poll in Bengal, is nausea.
This is an insult to Dewi Durga.
Mamata Banerjee must stop this.
He hurts Hindu sensitivity,” Write the head of the IT department of the Malviya Amit Party on Twitter.
Banerjee’s Nandigram Nemesis Suvendu Adhikari also saw red.
“When someone tries to lift you into God’s stature just to please you & your silence shows the agreement, it means that your ego has reached a point where the conscience cannot hold it,” he wrote on the microblogging website.
Next to the idol fiberglass, pictures of durga clay and the offspring will be saved for worship.
“All of the pandals will be themed in Lakshmir Bhandar,” a Puja organizer by the club Samithi Unnayan in KeshT’ga in the northern part of City.
Lakshmir Bhandar is a revenue support scheme launched by the government where the head of a female household will get RS 500-1,000 aid a month.
The theme of Bhawanipore 75 Pally Pally has adopted the theme “Ghorer Meye” (Putri of the House) this year to roast back Banerjee for the third time in a row, said a subrata watershed committee.
“Mamata Banerjee is Ghorer Meye from Bhawanipore.
Many hoarding calls him when Bhawanipore’s daughter comes here in the past two months,” he said.
Banerjee lives in his personal home in Bhawawanipore and represents the constituency in the past.
After his defeat at Nandigram, the leader fiery is likely to compete from Bhawanipore once again.
