A 26-year-old student from Helmand, whose father was killed by the Taliban in 2003, has been here in a scholarship since January.
Students, pursing their pg in computer science at Kerala University, asking anonymity to say, “Even though I did not really remember the previous Taliban brutality, I was the victim.
