Washington: White House spokesman Jen PSaki said on Tuesday that the United States would fight with the Taliban if Washington maintained 2,500 US troops in Afghanistan.
PSAKI made a comment in an effort to clarify the obvious difference between the insistence of President Joe Biden that there was no division between his military advisers regarding the withdrawal and statement of General Top that the US military wanted to leave the troop contingent in the country.
PSAKI said that if the United States had left US forces in Afghanistan after the deadline of Pulpout August 31 Biden, “We will fight with the Taliban.”
