Iím-indore model for making ayodhya tourism icon

Lucknow: Nine months after hammering agreements with Municipal Corporation from Ayodhya (MCA), Indian Institute of Management, Indore, has produced a ‘Safaiai’ model and Antodhya Swachhta Anthem to change the city of the temple into an environmentally friendly spiritual tourist destination.
The report design requires three aspects based on information, education and communication (IEC) strategies in accordance with the Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM) program, which when the clubbed forms ‘Safaiai’ – SA stands for the spread of awareness, FAA to facilitate availability and accessibility.
And ‘I will do it with icchashakti (will strength / commitment).
Under the model, IIM-I proposed to disseminate information and spread the awareness of the separation of waste among people.
It also talks about making people know about cleanliness behavior.
This speaks more about facilitating the availability and accessibility of the critical resources needed for behavior change.
And finally, his job is to mobilize people from the intention to act.
Commenting on the design of the report, MCA Commissioner Vishal Singh said, “We got this research to have a scientific understanding of how to create awareness about the cleanliness and type of intervention needed to have maximum impact.” Singh said that the design of the action design had come with SOMA – “S’Ocial Signaling, ‘O’Portunity,’ M’otivation and ‘A’wareness as IEC strategy to make ayodhya cleaner.” It starts from spreading awareness about the separation of waste to maintain area, clean house and does not damage garbage.
It also looks at effective strategies to encourage media to promote Swachhta.
Thus, we will seek increased infrastructure and labor and strategies for corporate planning and budget allocation.
We haven’t got a second report.
The idea is to implement it in totality, “said Singh.
This report is the result of a broad study conducted by a team of five members led by the Director of IIM-I Prof.
Himanshu Rai.
Employing a multi-method diagnostic approach to nearly 1,000 participants, including environmental representatives , corporate workers and general masses, teams identify current practices and barriers related to waste separation and various IEC strategies to promote Swachha in Ayodha.
This finding is validated through a door-to-door survey from various Ayodhya environments.
Nice to prepare the design design for Making the birthplace of Lord Ram Cleaner, Director of IIM-I Prof.
Hemanshu Rai said, “We have come up with the Safaiai model for Ayodhya cleanliness.
Now, people need to show their willingness to Safaiai, and city companies need to ensure the availability and accessibility of facilities required to the people.
“Apart from Prof.
Rai, this project was pioneered by management experts – Prof.
Ganesh N (Economics), Prof.
Shruti.
Tewari (Social Psychologist), Prof.
Vaijayanthee (Organizational Behavior) and Prof.
