Sambalpur: India Management Institute of Sambalpur welcomed the 2021-23 MBA class, through a virtual inauguration program.
The program was attended by the Chief Executive of the Indian Unique Identification Authority, Saurabh Garg as the main guest on Monday.

“As evidence for the proposition of our inclusivity, we become the first IIM in the acceptance of the 2019 MBA with the highest gender inclusive diversity of 49 percent of female students in the MBA, 44 percent in 2020 and 48 percent of women in 2021,” Jaiswal said.
Overcoming a batch, Garg said: “Every interaction that you have with other humans is a communication course.
The performance of a leader also depends on the team’s work, so learn how to work in groups and teams.”
The five-day induction program will be handled by a number of leading and famous leaders from the industry and the government.
IIM Sambalpur has conducted an online class, which is likely to continue this year because of the second coronavirus wave.
The Institute class is equipped with a smart board, where students can enter and access records, presentations, curriculum schedules and even test their own knowledge through the built-in quiz.
The use of learning management software for online procracy exams along with innovative pedagogy such as upside down classrooms, has enabled the Sambalpur Iim transition quickly and efficiently in online mode, after a hit pandemic.
