New Delhi: Madras Institute of Indian Technology (IIT) maintained the top position among institutions in this country, while the Indian Science Institute (IISC), Bengaluru gave the best rating among the research institutions, according to the NIRF ranking of the Ministry of Education was announced on Thursday.
