Noida: IKEA, the largest retailer of the world in the world headquartered in the Netherlands, is likely to establish its website office at Noida Sector 51 before Diwali.
Officials at the Noida authorities received information about the company’s plan for the Chairperson of Sanjeev Mittal, which on Monday held a meeting on the progress of 20 large ticket projects in the city.
IKEA has taken 12.3 hectares of Noida authorities to arrange the business of the first “meeting place” in this country.
Apart from the company’s superior store, the land will be used for the development of commercial mixtures – with shopping centers and businesses.
The agreement attacked with IKEA was one of the most expensive for Noida authorities in its categories and took RS 850 Crore.
Mittal, also the infrastructure commission and development of the Uttar Pradesh industry, was told that the company had begun to remove the area and will soon start working in the office of the site.

Similarly, the progress of three institutional and commercial plotting was also presented at the meeting, which stretched well until night from 11am.
Another agenda taken at the meeting, the problem of income tax and detailed analysis of the Heliport project financial plan in the 151A sector was also examined.
Timeline completed civil works and others in several industrial sectors also discussed.
