Greater Noida: With increased contributions above Unipole operators and advertising agencies and other private companies, the larger industrial development authority (Gnida) has asked the Government of Gautam Budh Nagar to restore its contributions.
For the past three and a half years, Gnida has identified 70 companies and institutions that put stockpiling and nationality throughout the city without asking for authority permission or without paying advertising rights.
The majority of these stockpiling is installed to promote real estate projects and educational institutions.
During the recent survey, the Deputy General Manager (Electricity and Maintenance), Salil Yadav managed to identify more than half a dozen educational institutions and 19 real estate companies that had stockpiling and unlicially to publish their brands.
The authorities for many years have issued a notification to the company and the company and has asked them to pay advertising license fees along with penalties.
The total number of laws hovers close to RS 3.07 Crore at this time.
Additional Offical Chief Executive, said Deep Chandra, “Some warnings have been issued for such companies in the past.
We have begun to present a recovery certificate to them.
Administration will be asked to start attaching the traits of companies that do not pay the number of penalties.”
