New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Monday was looking for responses from the Government of Delhi and the Governor of Lieutenant at the request that accused of illegitimate construction and encroachment on public land by the Head of Delhi BJP and members of the City Council of Delhi Municipal Corporation.
Chairman of the Chairman of the Judge DN Patel and Justice Jyoti Singh issued a notification to the Government of Delhi, the Governor of Lieutenant, North MCD, Chair of Delhi BJP Adesh Gupta, who was a member of the Western Patel Constituency Council, and Chief Executive Officer of the petition.
The court gave time to responded to submit a response to the petition and registered a request to hear further on February 18.
PIL accused that the board members failed to act in accordance with the norms of integrity and behavior that should be followed by the general functional and harass its position to get help for themselves or others.
The Petitioner and Advocate Hemant Choudhary claimed the request that board members were involved in illegal illegal development on public land adjacent to the city corporate school opposite his residence in the private office here to build a private office.
The Petitioner looked for the court to the LG and Delhi government for commanding a direct request to the council members because he had obtained Crores Rupees in corruption collected from the Builder Mafia and spent a large number of nature and construction work by abusing his strength and position and also looked towards North MCD for Eliminate encroachment.
Plea also looked for directions to the BES Yamuna CEO to eliminate the immediate electrical connection which was installed in alleged encroachment in the form of illegal illegal development on the city corporate land.
