Gurgaon: A former BJP Board member, who is also a husband from Deputy Gurgaon Senior Mayor Pramila Kablana, has been ordered to develop illegal housing communities with 150 flats right next to the upper class Esencia Ansencia housing project in Sector 67.
About 100 families today live in Flat 2BHK Illegal and 3BHK, allegedly sold at RS 40-80 lakh respectively.
Fir was registered against Gaje Singh Kablana and 20 others under the development of Haryana and the rules of urban Law, 1975, at the Sector Police Station 65 on Friday, with complaints submitted by the City and State Meeting Department (DTCP).
This is the third FIR registered against the Cablana this year to develop illegal colonies in Gurgaon.
Illegal colonies are, in fact, built around around 1.5 hectares of land that is not simply adjacent to Block D and E from Esencia Ansal.
This project is called an ansal Esencia extension to mislead the innocent home buyer by making it look like an extension of the official official project.
Property dealers have sold 100 of 150 flats with prices ranging from Rs 40-Hospital 70 lakh.
In addition, the flat registry was carried out at the Badhshapur Tehsil office without mandatory NOC (no objection certificate) of the District City Planner (DTP).
Three financial institutions also provide loans to these illegal flats buyers.
The role of financial companies is now under the authority scanner, TOI has learned.
The scam allegedly revealed after the illegal flat residents recently submitted a complaint with DTCP after Rwa Ansencia was disconnected with power connections and sewerage to an invalid project one week back.
“The population approached us with complaints and submitted around 70 registrants.
They were told that the project was part of Esencia Ansen at the time of purchase,” said DTP (enforcement) Batth Hospital.
“We have been looking for further direction from the Director of City and State Planning in this case.
Such illegal projects caused a big loss for the state.” Others were ordered in this case including partner Kablana and several property dealers – Parminder Singh, Krisan Sangwan , Sandeep Dahiia, Ajay Kataria, Ashok Kumar, Chirag Sindhu, Mahinder Singh Yadav, Anil Yadav, Sunil, Ramav, Ramav, Ramav, Ramav, Ramav, Ramav, Ramav, Ramav, Ramav, Ramav, Ramav, Ramav, Ramav, Ramav, Ramav, Ramav, Ramav, Ramav, Ramav, Ramav Yadav, Satbir Singh, Vinod Kumar, Dharambir Singh, Mangesh Vikram Singh, Ishwar Singh, Pankaj Rathod and Akash Rodhe.
Despite recurring efforts, Gaje Singh Kablana cannot be contacted.
