Gurgaon: Gurgaon City corporation (MCG) on Wednesday destroyed illegal waste treatment plants (STP) and illegal parking lots and reclamation of 1,500 square meters of government land in sector 48.
This structure was built by private developers.
In the direction given by the commissioner with zone-4, Sumit Kumar, an enforcement team led by Assistant Engineer Naim Husain, Junior Engineer Sachin Kumar and Mandeeep Kumar along with police personnel from Jalan Sohna.
MCG officials said that land measurements were first carried out by Patwari before using Earthmovers to destroy illegal structures.
Commissioner MCG Mukesh Kumar Ahuja directs the commissioners together and the enforcement team of each zone to drive demolition to clean the government’s encroachment.
Ahuja has also directed officials to use reclamation land correctly.
On Monday, the Zone 1 enforcement team removed encroachment from the Kadipur industrial area.
An illegal building that lacks construction is excavated in the area.
In addition, the Zone 3 enforcement team also destroyed the illegal structure in Gwalpahadi recently in which unauthorized colonies were built on government land.
