Illegal Weapon Manufacturing Unit Broken, Six Arrested

Ghaziabad: Ghaziabad police undermined illegal weapons manufacturing plants and arrested six people on Monday.
Five state pistols and several live cartridge rounds, in addition to several finished parts and semi-so used in making weapons, confiscated by the Muradnagar and Tronica City Police team.
The defendant was identified as Rafique, Rizwan, Zuber, Abdul Rehman Anas and Sagar.
While the first four were arrested by the Tronica City Police team, Anas and Sagar were arrested by Muradnagar police.
SP Rural IRAJ Raza said that the first police of Tronica City arrested four accused of Rafique’s house where they made weapons.
“As long as they were questioned, they told the police that Anas and Sagar would further supply weapons in the regency rural areas and in Meerut,” SP said, adding to the tip, Muradnagar police arrested Anas and Sagar and confiscated five pistols from them.
All the defendants were a history sheet and previously arrested too.
A senior police officer said that the defendant sold a weapon for Rs 15,000 Rp.
25,000.
The defendant was ordered under the relevant arm.
They are produced in front of the District Court and sent to trial detention.
