Mumbai: The Indian Meteorology Department (IMD) has issued a yellow warning in Mumbai on Tuesday predicts ‘heavy to very heavy’ in isolated places.
This has reduced the warning from ‘orange’ to ‘yellow’ for Tuesday.
However, the weather bureau has collected ‘orange warnings’ on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (July 21-23).
Whereas on Wednesday and Friday, the IMD estimates ‘heavy to very heavy rain’ in remote places in Mumbai, the weather department warns ‘very heavy rain’ in remote places on Thursday.

Raigad, on the other hand, was marked by ‘red warnings’ on Wednesday and Thursday.
On Tuesday, the IMD warned ‘heavy to heavy rain’, while on Friday, the weather department warned ‘very heavy rain in isolated places’.
Meanwhile, heavy rain attacked Mumbai, Thane and an area adjacent on Monday leaving a city that was flooded in several places.
