Mumbai: The Ministry of India Meteorology (IMD) estimates heavy rainfall in Mumbai, Thane and its surroundings on Saturday.
IMD has also given a yellow warning for Saturday.
In the forecast and warning, IMD states that ‘heavy rain in isolated places’ is likely to take place in Mumbai, Thane and Palghar on Saturday.
However, in Raigad, the weather department estimates ‘heavy to very heavy rain in isolated places’.
The IMD has also warned for ‘heavy until it rains very heavy in isolated places’ in Palghar, Thane, Mumbai, Raigad Regency on Sunday.
The weather department has asked authority to be prepared and has increased orange warnings.
