Noida: District administration will immediately start the drive to restore contributions from private developers who have failed to pay payments.
More than 80 private developers are under the radar and the amount around Rs 400 Crore must be collected from them, officials said.
Various government institutions, including up-ra, noida authorities and larger noida authorities, have issued a recovery certificate on this developer after failing to restore their contributions.
However, the recovery certificate must be carried out by district judges in accordance with the top income code.
Administration, in fact, delayed the plan for a while because of being busy with the management of Covid-19 patients and family rehabilitation transferred by the Noida International Airport project.
“But now things are now controlled and our officials have time to complete the legal process,” said the senior administration officer to the Toi.
If a promoter fails to obey the command of the real estate regulator court official or cannot complete the payment towards the land to the holding authority, the income that has not been paid is arreared and the developer is determined as defaugter.
The district government has the power to attach properties and assets on behalf of defaulter.
Additional District Judges (Finance) Vandita Srivastava said that the action against 32 absenteeism had begun so far and the asset worth around Hospital 350 Crore has been restored or attached.
“The majority of Defaugter is based on Dadri.
The Dadri sub-division judge will soon identify other absence and attach their property.
We have seven more months in this fiscal to restore contributions.”
