Panaji: The new robotics and coding syllabus has been introduced for more than 20,000 students studying in government and schools assisted for class VII, VII and VIII.
The teacher team that helps design the syllabus has started working to prepare a sophisticated curriculum.
As planned, students from class VIII to VIII, who are interested in pursuing coding and robotics outside of school, will be given an option to choose an advanced program.
Vijay Borges, director of the project ‘coding the chairman of the minister and robotics of education in the school scheme’ or cm-cares, said that there are plans to offer two choices to students from the next academic year, if and when the physical class continues.
“All students from class VIII will undergo a regular program for one hour per week according to the scheme applied from this academic year.
But in the near future, if some students want to learn the advanced version of this program, they will be able to choose an optional advanced program.
This is Will be taught for two hours a week, after school hours.
Regular programs are being taught during school hours, “said Borges.
At present, when students learn through online mode, it is impossible to implement an advanced program, which requires the Inperson session after school.
The RS 25 Crore budget has been intended by the state government for the implementation of the CM-Cares scheme.
The initial period approved for the implementation of the scheme is five years.
The coding and robotic curriculum is intended to help students learn not only this subject, but to learn about the concepts of other interesting subjects through coding and robotics.
