Coimbatore: The State Government will soon launch an exclusive mobile app for entrepreneurs in Coimbatore to apply for a variety of approval and facilitate them to regulate business ventures, Electricity V Senthil Balaji says here on Saturday.
“This application will provide one window system for approval,” Balaji, which distributes a free power connection certificate to farmers at a function held at Coimbatore Collectorate, said.
The Minister of the Constitutional Court of MK Stalin has appointed Balaji responsible for Coimbatore District to accelerate the development work and monitor the implementation of the welfare scheme.
He held a review with a collector g s sectanan and senior bureaucrats.
Balaji told reporters that a committee would be formed for the development of coimbatore.
“We will discuss with officials to learn about projects that will be held in Coimbatore in the next five years.
We will prepare a list of projects and such schemes,” he said.
Of 1,200 villages in Coimbatore, 105 got drinking water once in three days, 175 got water once in more than three days and 157 got it once in more than 10 days, the minister said, “We will apply the scheme to supply water once in two days to All villages.
Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation does not get adequate drinking water.
The new scheme will be implemented to attract more water from the water body.
“A total of 5,000 damaged road lights in the district will be replaced within a week, Balaji said.
