Greater Noida: Residents and Industries in Greater Noida may soon be able to obtain contributions for their property online with Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (Gnida) which will launch a test of supermarket schemes with 400 industrial rations in the Ecotech sector 10 and 11 on September 10 .
If successful, this scheme will be first expanded to industrial allotment and then to the housing, commercial and institutional segment under the ‘final user category’, Gnida official said.
This software, developed by Tech Mahindra, is similar to banking facilities and will allow Alottee to get an unlimited online certificate about submitting the required documents with just a few mouse clicks, they said.
This system is also expected to ensure greater autonomy and reduce processing time – the manual process currently requires almost two days.
However, this scheme will not be offered to developers (or builders) to avoid absent, officials said.
“We have initiated e-filing documents and applications in authority.
Manual file making has also stopped under the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.
Now, the authority takes another step towards supermarkets for all.
It will begin with the first Ecotech 10 entrepreneur.
Then Ecotech 11, “said CEO Narendra Bhoohan Gnida to Ti.
