Hyderabad: The District Consumer Forum here directs Kansas’s career abroad to pay a total of around Rs 1.1 Lakh to consumers because it fails to restore the amount paid for immigration services after he decides not to use their services.
Liyaqath Baig, a complainant, filed that he had paid Rs 69, 620 to Kansas’s career at the Canadian immigration service on July 26, 2017.
Because of his health problems, he said that he had decided to bring down his plan to immigrate and add it because he did not Can use company services since the time registration, he asked the company to restore the amount paid.
Claiming that the company fails to return the number until now, he applies compensation that is looking for compensation.
The opposite party, meanwhile, denied the allegations made in complaints and stated their willingness and readiness to provide services to complains in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement.
He claimed that the agreement was signed by a complainant he could not change his mind and decided to resign from the process.
The company states that it provides an introduction call after starting the process for the purpose of educating complainants at the basic level of client services before starting the actual process.
A far further party has initiated the process and provides knowledge of company policies and procedures in providing assistance to complainants and sending emails on process orientation, checklists, and others.
During the trial, from the documents delivered, the bench was concluded that the terms and conditions of the agreement were not explained or the complainant should not go through the same thing and forced to sign it.
