Thane: In the moment of landmark for commuting the suburb of the central train, the fifth rail corridor between Thane and Diva in the lower direction have been made started the operation of the week after the 14-hour infrastructure block which will now help increase the movement of traffic between Mumbai and the suburb of extended.
The sixth line and the last leg of the corridor expansion project will be activated after the main block next month, which leads to the complete separation of the suburbs and train outstation, shipping traffic in Kyan-Kurla segment, Shiv Sena MP, Dr.

The outstation train originating from omelet and Mumbai CSSMT can be operated through a new fast line activated through Kalwa and Mumbra or diverted through the Tunnel Parsik route, depending on the situation, Sutar added.
Sunil Udasi, the head of the pro in the MRVC which blocked the block said nearly 500 workers were suppressed into services involving cutting and connecting train lines in Thane and Diva along with the process of reworking ally systems including signals.
UDasi added that the 72 hour block is scheduled for early February which will be used to activate the last leg of the corridor where the slow line that redundant will be converted into a quick line between Diva and Thane.
“The whole traffic of the suburban and outstation between LTT and Kalyan will be separated in mid-February which will be very helpful in increasing the movement of suburban traffic between Mumbai and around the suburbs because it will reduce overlapping the railway and outstation with locals,” Shiv .

Experts say the corridor expansion plans two decades returns are needed for the suburbs of Mumbai considering rapid growth in commuter volume.
While the additional lane between Kurla-Kalyan will operate next month to discuss tensions in traffic here, all eyes are at the legs of the next expansion between Kurla and towards the CSMT needed to fully separate the railway line.
Siddesh Desai, a commuter from Kalwa said the corridor expansion was a big gift for commuters from Kalwa and Mumbra who might get access to more trains because the fast train would also stop at these stations in the future.
