In 198, Maha saw the highest calculation of the new Omicron variant

Pune: The Ministry of Health reports the highest one-day calculation of the Omicron case (198) in Maharashtra on Thursday, which also includes a 52-year-old man with a history of travel to Nigeria, who died of myocardial infarction (heart attack) on December 28 at Pimpri.
The official said the man suffered from diabetes and his death was caused by non-covid reasons.
He has arrived at Mumbai airport on December 14 and conducted a RT-PCR test in Nigeria on December 13, where he tested the negative for infection.
The man suffered from chest pain and was received first to the Jijamata hospital and then went to the new Bhosari Hospital.
After dropping at the oxygen level, he shifted to Yashwantrao Chavan Memorial (YCM) hospital on December 18.
YCM Hospital Dean Rajendra Wabale, “While patients are undergoing heart care, the RT-PCR has been tested negatively for Covid infection.
On December 19 on December 20, he was found infected with transmission.
Because patients had a history of travel, the sample was sent for Sequencing genomes on December 21.
“Calculating the confirmed omicron case has now reached 450 and the district calculation has reached 56.
A total of 125 patients have expired so far.
