Bhopal: With Covid-19 Daily Cases Falling Significantly at Madhya Pradesh, the State Government has allowed physical classes for elementary school students – grade 1 to 5 – starting September 20 with 50 percent stamp in attendance and by following the Covid-19 protocol, after said an official on Tuesday.
The decision for this effect was taken at a meeting chaired by the Head of Minister of Shivraj Singh Chouhan, he said.
The previous government has sustained a school for in-people for students in grade 6 to 12 in all countries with a capacity of 50 percent.

At the meeting, it was decided that the government and private schools from grade 1 to 5 can be reopened with a capacity of 50 percent of September 20 by following the Covid-19 protocol, he said.
Hostels for grade 8 students, 10 and 12 are also allowed to run with full capacity from the same date, Singh said.
In addition, hostels for grade 11 students can run with a capacity of 50 percent, the official said.
Singh said each district level crisis management committee would take a final decision on the reopening of the school, hostel and housing school in his jurisdiction by considering the local Koronavirus situation.
However, online classes will continue for students along with live learning sessions, he said.
On Tuesday, Madhya Pradesh recorded seven new Coronavirus cases, but no fresh death.
The country now only has 126 active cases of infection.
In-classes were suspended in schools and national colleges last year after the plague and teaching of Coronavirus shifted online.
