Gurgaon: A Deputy Commander of BSF, who was arrested on Thursday for allegedly deceived Rs 125 Crore after promising a construction contract company at the NSG Campus in Manesar, has submitted voluntary pensions and plans to escape from the country immediately, the police have it learntt.
P.Raveen Yadav The police said, it has realized that companies from which he had taken money and gave a fake contract to have suspicious of his motives because there was no construction that began on the NSG campus even after two months.
Some of them have even started asking for refunds.
On Thursday, Yadav was arrested from the city along with his wife Mamta, Sister Rituraj and a property dealer, Dinesh.
“He has submitted a voluntary pension from BSF and plans to get out of the country.
It is necessary to be in process,” said a senior police officer.
Diginal from Noah, Yadav has joined BSF in 2012.
As a deputy commander, he posted on deputation on the construction wing on the NSG campus in 2019.
There, he was responsible for overseeing all construction work in the complex.
However, his deputation ended in May last year.
But at that time, Yadav was very in debt.
After joining BSF, Yadav had begun to invest in stock trading.
Immediately turned out to be addicted.
Despite losses, he continued his investment after borrowing money from people.
When he left the NSG campus last year, Yadav had to pay around Rs 50 Crore to his debitor.
It was when he hatched the planned cheating of real estate companies with fake construction tenders.
After working on a construction wing on the NSG campus, Yadav is familiar with the tender issuance process.
Dinesh, Property Dealer, allegedly helped him identify real estate companies and Yadav contacted the owner with construction offers.
Because he already has access to NSG compounds, Yadav mostly meets the target on campus, giving them the impression that he is indeed responsible for all the construction that happened there.
I also prepared fake documents and signed the contractor and the company to sign them before taking down payment.
With the help of his sister Rituraj, who worked with a private bank with a branch on the NSG campus, Yadav allegedly opened an account in the name of “GC (Garrison) Station HQ, NSG Manesar”.
This account is used to receive money from the company.
The whole amount is then transferred to the current story of other companies that have been opened by Yadav with his wife and sister.
Madav, police said, boasts a luxury vehicle and maintains a luxurious lifestyle.
He also learned to buy some property with money.
The veil began to raise plans that hatch when the company began to ask about construction on campus.
After one point, Yadav stopped receiving their calls and left the radar.
July 9 and 10, four companies filed complaints at the Manesar police station, claiming to have paid Yadav Rs 125 Crore in total.
Because the number of involved is large, a special investigation team (sitting) is formed under ACP (crime) Preet Sangwan, and is responsible for the crime unit in Manesar, Sandeep, and officials of economic violations in it.
On Thursday, Yadav, his wife Mamta and Sister Rituraj were given Nabbed from the city.
Dinesh, a property dealer that helped Yadav, was also picked up.
The police have recovered Rs 13.8 Crore from them along with 10 luxury vehicles.
Rituraj’s husband, who is at the ITBP, is currently suddenly on the NSG campus.
