Record the increasing number of complaints from occupants of these areas, the Noida Authority will soon launch a public drive – Noida Aapke Dwar (Noida at your door).
The first visit was scheduled for August 3 in Sarfabad and the post that 16 other villages will be borne on September 30 on Tuesday and Thursday in a week.
Citizen complaints will be included in the centralized system for time-bound and recognition numbers will be issued, officials said.
Over the years, Noida has been developed after taking over land in 81 villages.
A senior official team will check the area.
Head of the General Manager of Civil Works, General Manager of Water and Sewerage Works, and senior public health project engineers will be present during inspection drives, along with others.
“We have completed the list for August and September.
The drive will start from August 3 and will rise until September 30.
After that, we will discuss the remaining villages after completing the list for October and November,” CGM Civil Works, Rajeev Tyagi.
Hasnain Siddiqui, a resident of Kakrala Village, said, “Every time we call the Noida Authority Helpline number, we are asked to complaint on a web portal or cellular application.
Many families in the village don’t even have a smartphone.
Therefore the village residents’ complaints are still not maintained.
Authority must appear with the inclusive scheme and method to deal with urban and village populations, “he added.
According to Dharmendra Chauhan, President of Khadar Raipur Village Development Committee, Raipur Khadar should be converted into a model village by authority.
“There are no commercial complexes built, open drain channels, water connections by authority have not been given,” he said.
