St Paul: The prosecutor on Tuesday played a video from the scene of George Floyd’s arrest, in the federal court of three former police officers Minneapolis who were accused of violating the civil rights of the black man as a fellow officer of Derek Chauvin killed him.

Alexander Kueng officer, Thomas Lane and Tou Thao came from the police’s body camera and street supervision video which was also widely played in the country’s criminal trial which was finally sentenced to Chauvin from last year’s murder.
This shows Floyd struggling with officers when they tried to place it in a police vehicle, he was detained on the ground and then put into an ambulance, and a group of developing spectators who became increasingly panicked when Floyd stopped moving.
The police have responded to the 911 call that Floyd tried to use a $ 20 bill that was faked to buy a pack of cigarettes at the corner shop on May 25, 2020.
His murder triggered protests around the world and re-examining racism and police.
Floyd died after Chauvin knelt around his neck for 9 1/2 minutes when the 46-year-old black man faced, handcuffed and panted.
Kueng knelt on Floyd’s back, Lane held his legs and Thao continued to retreat.
Kueng, Lane and Thao are widely charged with seizing the floyd of their civil rights while acting under the government authority.
Chauvin pleaded guilty in November on charges of federal civil rights.
One video played by juice on Tuesday’s jury was from the body’s camera, which showed him to push the audience.

Christopher Martin, 20 – who also testified at the trial of Chauvin – said he had recorded about 30 seconds of the video because the observers shouted at Thao to examine the floyd pulse, but stopped when Thao pushed another man.

But it was Chauvin, a senior officer at the scene, who called “all shots,” Tom Plunkett, Kueng’s lawyer, said, adding that Minneapolis police department did too little to train officers to be intervened when a colleague had to be stopped.
Thao’s lawyer, Robert Paule, focused on Floyd’s struggle with the police before they held him back.
And a lawyer for Lane, Earl Gray, said his client raises concerns about restraint Floyd, but was rejected.
Kueng, the black; Lane, white; And Thao, who is Hmong American, all charged for failing to provide floyd with medical care.
Thao and Kueng face additional calculations for failing to stop Chauvin, who is white.
Both counts accused the action of officers resulting in floyd death.
Lawyers for Kueng and Thao noted that prosecutors must prove the officers intentionally violating Constitutional Floyd rights – high legal standards which basically require prosecutors to prove the officers know what they are doing wrong, but still do it.
Gray told the judges that Lane would testify, but it was not known whether Thao or Kueng would do it.
Also it is not clear whether Chauvin will testify, even though many experts talk to the Associated Press believe he won’t.

Lane, Kueng and Thao also face separate state trials in June on charges they compare and conspire with murder and murder.
