Patna: At first, the tablet has been installed in the Legislative Council of the State as part of an Indian digital campaign at the center.
Now, the top house will become without paper because all the processes will take place on this computing device that is placed in front of the chair of all legislators.
“We are the first legislator in the country to get a tablet at home,” MLC Congress, Prem Chandra Mishra, said after taking part in a three-day training session on Wednesday.
As part of the session, which began on Tuesday, experts were called from Delhi to teach members of the board how the tablet was used.
This will conclude on Thursday.
Chairman of the Board’s acting, Awadhesh Nariain Singh who was in Simla to attend the conference, told TII by telephone, “I am happy that we will use the latest technology to do home processes.
However, it will be officially inaugurated by the ministerial head, Nitish Kumar, before the session Upcoming winter.
“The winter session will begin on November 29 and continue until December 3.
