Leh: In the midst of continued defense with China, the administration is adding to the supply of oxygen in advanced areas by adding new plants, a step that will increase the fight against Covid-19 in the village of ‘Zero-Mile’ and distant residential areas north and east.
“We have a new oxygen factory that operates on the disc to the Nubra sub-division earlier this month and tenders have been given to other plants in the Nyoma sub-division to increase oxygen supply in this area.
Both are valued at a capacity of 100 LPM (liters per minute), “Word said Deputy Commissioner Ballasaheb Suse to Ti.

This area has villages on the border with Pok in his Western wing.
Nyoma is 180km to the east of Leh and form a roadwead supply to villages in the Chushul and Indus sectors along the eastern part of LAC.
