New Delhi: In the midst of the possibility of changing guards in Karnataka, BJP President JP Nadda on Sunday praised the work carried out by the Chair of Minister B S Yediyurappa in the state.
“Yediyurappa has done a good job.
Karnataka is fine.
Yediyurappa takes care of things in their own way,” Nadda told reporters on the last day of a two-day visit to Goa.
When there was a leadership crisis in the southern state, Nadda said, “That’s what you feel.
We don’t feel so”.
The statement of the BJP head came just hours after Yediyurappa dropped a strong instructions that July 26 could be his last day in the office.
Speaking to reporters, the 78-year-old Strongman Lingayat said he would make the right decision as soon as he received instructions from BJP High Command tonight.
Question about the possibility of a minister’s head Dalit to replace him, Yediyurappa said, “I am not the person who decides, it is for high orders to decide.
First of all let’s look at what decisions they will take today …” Asked whether he was satisfied with his work For two years, he said, “If you are satisfied it’s enough for me.” Repeating that he will obey the central leadership decision, the 78-year-old said he was “content and satisfied” and would not pass the disciplinary line.
“I got a large portion of a party at a party that was impossible for others in Karnataka, which I revealed thanks to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Minister of Home Affairs Amit Shah and Party President J P Nadda”, said Yediyurappa.
His statement came after winding his visit to areas affected by flooding in the district.
Showed that Monday might be his last day in the office, Yediyurappa recently said that based on instructions that the central leaders would give it on July 25, he would continue with his “work” from July 26.
His government will finish two years in the office on July 26.
