Lucknow: The number of active Covid-19 cases at Uttar Pradesh fell to 134 on Thursday with 11 recovery in the last 24 hours against nine new cases detected in the same duration.
In accordance with the Covid state bulletin data, active cases are spread in 38 districts and more than 40% of total cases are concentrated in only three districts, Lucknow, Gautam Budh Nagar and Mathura.
Health officials urged people to earnestly obey Covid-19 prevention norms despite a decrease on Thursday because the risk of infection remains high.
“Coronavirus prevention protocol is easily followed and very effective even now,” they said.
Officials also appealed to all people who were still not vaccinated to advance and took vaccines in the interests of individual and social.
Data sharing on vaccination, health officials said 14.84 doses of lakh were given in the state on Thursday took the total number of doses to 17.38 crore so far.
