Coimbatore South Mla Vanathi Srinivasan on Sunday encouraged people in his election to raise complaints by telephone.
He met residents and listened to their complaints during the morning trip on the race track.
Some people appear to meet MLA and collect various problems related to their selection.
Vanathi told them that complaints raised by the phone will be attended immediately and resolved.
Residents of Rajiv Nagar complained about drainage problems and street lights.
MLA immediately took a problem with the knowledge of the officials concerned and urged them to act quickly.
