Independence Day: Traffic Police Advisor for Noida-Delhi Commuters

Noida: Given the independence day program in the national capital, the route for operator goods originating from Noida to Delhi will remain diverted from Saturday night until the end of the event on August 15, the traffic police said here.
While the transfer is for the category of commercial vehicles that are light, medium and heavy, the police have warned that routes for “other vehicles” can also be transferred if necessary.
“The transfer will remain at 10pm at Saturday to the end of the program in Delhi on Sunday,” Traffic Police said in advisors on Friday.
The vehicle went to Delhi from Noida through the Chilli border, DND and the Kundi Kunj route had to divert to the East Peripheral Toll Road through Greater Noida to go further, he said.
For other vehicles, the police advised people to take alternative routes to and from Delhi-Noida to avoid troubled given the transfer.
“In the case of queries related to road traffic, people can call the help number at 9971009001,” he added.
Meanwhile, Snarl’s main traffic was witnessed near The Mahamaya Flyover at Noida-Greater Noida Expressway on Friday afternoon, with hundreds of vehicles moving at the speed of the snail.
