India condemned the murder of Iraq PM Mustafa Al-Kadhimi

New Delhi: India on Sunday Strongly condemned the murder efforts using armed drones at Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi, and said terrorism and violence had no place in civilized societies.
Kadhimi survived the initial attack on Sunday.
Drones loaded with explosives are used to target their residence in the Green Zone of Baghdad’s high security.
“We strongly condemned the efforts of murder by Drone Attack today at the Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi,” said Arindam Bagchi’s external affairs ministry spokesman.
“Terrorism and violence have no place in civilized societies.
They cannot be permitted to damage peace and stability in Iraq,” he said.
According to a report, six security guards Prime Minister Kadhimi was injured in the attack.
“We express our concern for victims caused by attacks and repeat our support for the democratic process in Iraq,” Bagchi said, responding to media questions about murder efforts.
