New Delhi: India on Thursday criticized a visit with a delegation of the Islamic Cooperation Organization (OIC) to Kashmir, which was occupied by Pakistan (POK) and described it as interference in Indian internal material.
The delegation visited the control line on Wednesday where it was issued by Pakistani military officials.
“We have said on many previous occasions that we saw the visit to occupy Jammu and Kashmir as a disruption to our internal material,” Arindam Bagchi’s external affairs ministry spokesman said at the media briefing.
In the past, India had hit Oks to comment on Jammu and Kashmir and asked him to refrain from allowing personal interests to exploit the platform to comment on the country’s internal affairs.
India has maintained that OIC does not have a local position in matters relating to Jammu and Kashmir and that the union area is an integral part of the country.
India has also repeatedly told Pakistan that Jammu and Kashmir, is and will be forever “remains an integral part of the country.
This has suggested Pakistan to accept reality and stop all anti-Indian propaganda.
