India does more than 11 Lakh Covid-19 tests in the last 24 hours

New Delhi: More than 11 Lakh samples were tested for Covid-19 throughout the country in the last 24 hours, the Indian Medical Research Council (ICMR) informed Wednesday.
The total sample tested for Covid-19 in the country has so far stood at 63.47.74.225.
“A total of 11,57,697 samples were tested yesterday,” ICMR said.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Health Union on Wednesday told that India reported 9,283 new cases, 10,949 recovery and 437 deaths in the last 24 hours, according to the Ministry of Health.
