India Gandhi took 32 bullets for the country but was ignored at the warning of the 1971 war: Rahul Gandhi

Dehradun: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Thursday accused the BJP government ignores the role of then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in the 1971 war when India celebrates the 50th anniversary of the victory, which he said is achieved when the country was presented.

Congress leader said while traveling to Dehradun, he thought about the kind of relationship he had with Uttarakhand.
“I thought of a few years I spent here as a student of Doon School, where I got a lot of love you.
I am also reminded of the two dates – October 31 – when my grandmother was martyred and– May 21 – When my father was killed.
And the word that surprised me was the sacrifice, “he added.
Rahul Gandhi said he was in school when he was told that his grandmother received 32 bullet wounds.
“Such a call is received by the thousands of families in Uttarakhand as their relatives make the ultimate sacrifice to protect the country,” he said.
But families who do not make sacrifices for the nation can not feel it, he said.
They can not feel what it means to lose a father or uncle, the Congress leader said.
He also attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi, alleging that demonetisasi and GST is a “capitalist tool”.
“Narendra Modi is executing them,” he said targeting PM.
“Take it from me, young people in this country will not get a job until the BJP government in New Delhi to go,” said the leader.
Rahul Gandhi claimed that measures such as GST Noterban and destroy small and medium entrepreneurs.
On inflation, he said the price of petrol and diesel has fallen in the international market but rising in a way that is unprecedented in the country because of high taxes on fuel.
He accused Prime Minister issued a Rs 10 Lakh Crore from the pockets of the people and transfer them directly into the pockets of “magazine billionaires who do marketing”.
He said the central farm legislation aimed at “finishing farmers and helps the capitalist”.
Former Congress president also criticized the center for not accepting that 700 farmers died during the course of agitation against the law.
“The prime minister has apologized to farmers for agricultural law withdrawn after the ongoing agitation by the farmers but does not recognize their death and refused to pay compensation,” he said.
Rahul said that if the Congress was voted to power, it will protect the interests of farmers and unemployed youth.
