New Delhi: India and Sri Lanka on Thursday extend their existing science & technology cooperation for three years with a focus on new areas such as waste-water, biotech, sustainable agriculture, aerospace engineering, robotics, artificial analysis and artificial intelligence.
The two countries also reviewed collaborative activities that were ongoing in nine regions which included food technology; Medicines, Meteorology, Research Rooms & Plant Based Applications, Industrial Electronics, Renewable Energy, Waste Management, Information Technology and Communication, and discuss their future activities at the 5th Combined Committee in India-Sri Lanka on Science and Technical Cooperation, Virtually held.
