New Delhi: India gave more than 79.12 doses of lakh covid-19 vaccine in the last 24 hours, notifying the Ministry of Health and family welfare on Saturday.
The Ministry further said that the coverage of the Covid-19 vaccination was almost 94 crores.
This has been reached through 91,40,316 sessions.
“With administration of 79.12.202 vaccine doses in the last 24 hours, Covid-19 Indian vaccination coverage almost reached 94 cr (93,99,15,323) according to the temporary report until 7 in the morning.
This has been achieved through 91,40,316 sessions,” said the ministry health.
Meanwhile, India reported 19,740 new cases in the last 24 hours.
With this, the country’s active Kaseload is now standing at 2,36,643, which is the lowest in 206 days.
The current level of recovery is at 97.98 percent, the highest since the beginning of the pandemic.
