New Delhi: After India evacuated the staff posted in its consulate in Kandahar considering the deteriorating security situation in Afghanistan, the Ministry of External Affairs on Sunday said the safety and security of Indian personnel was the most important, adding that the Consulate General had not been closed by the war.
“India monitors the development situation that develops in Afghanistan.
