India reported 8,865 new covid infections, the lowest in 287 days

New Delhi: India recorded 8,865 new Koronavirus infections, the lowest in 287 days, took the state counting from Covid-19 cases to 3,44,56,401.
The country also reported 197 deaths.
The daily increase in new Koronavirus infection has been below 20,000 for 39 days and less than 50,000 new cases every day has been reported for 142 consecutive days now.
