New Delhi: India on Wednesday reported a one-day increase of 2.82,970 new Covid-19 infection, according to data by the UNI Ministry, took the case titility to 3.79.01.241.
These include 8,961 omicron variants cases, according to the updated government data today.
There was an increase of 0.79 percent in the case of omicron since Tuesday, the ministry said.
As many as 441 deaths were also recorded in the last 24 hours, which had encouraged the death toll to 4,87,202.
