New Delhi: The first edition of India-Russian-Russia ‘2 + 2’ The minister and foreign dialogue can be held with the Summit between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Vladimir Putin which tends to take place on December 6, people who are familiar with the development of words on Wednesday.
Both parties are looking at the ‘2 + 2’ dialog around the summit time mainly due to scheduling problems, they said.

The framework for military-technical cooperation will be extended for the next decade at the Summit in addition to announcing a joint commission on technology and science.
India and Russia have also achieved the final phase of negotiations for logistics support agreements and the possibility of being signed well during two-plus-two talks or at the top.
This pact will allow the military from both countries to use their respective bases for improvement and filling inventory, in addition to facilitating the increase in overall defense cooperation.
The ongoing humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan and the implications of the takeover of the Kabul Taliban for regional security is also expected to stand out in the Summit.
The summit was postponed last year due to Covid-19 pandemic.
The two countries have a mechanism where Indian Prime Minister and Russian President hold a summit every year to review the entire bonding gamut.
So far 20 annual peak meetings have taken place as alternatives in India and Russia.
Russia has become a partner tested for time for India and the main pillar of New Delhi foreign policy.
