India slams UNGA Main for J&K Comment during Pakistan visit

NEW DELHI: India on Friday slammed UNGA president Volkan Bozkir because of his opinion which Pakistan was”duty bound” to increase the J&K problem more strongly at the UN and explained that his behavior was truly forgettable and”surely reduces his position on the international stage”.
Bozkir’s opinion came during his trip to Pakistan.
At a joint press conference with Korean foreign ministry Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Bozkir also called upon both states to refrain from taking actions which could impact the standing of J&K although he did not directly cite India’s determination to reverse the particular standing of J&K at 2019.
“We express our strong opposition to this unwarranted references created with regard to.
.
.
J&K from the president of the United Nations General Assembly Volkan Bozkir through his latest trip to Pakistan,” MEA spokesperson Arindam Bagchi said in a statement, adding the UN official’s comment was improper.
“Nor indeed is there some basis compared to other international conditions.
Once an incumbent president of this UNGA creates misleading and prejudiced opinions that he does great disservice to the office he conveys,” he explained.
Bozkir also stated in Pakistan that the UN’s standing on J&K was regulated by the UN charter, along with relevant Security Council resolutions.
“India and Pakistan’s Simla Agreement of 1972 that states that the last standing of J&K will be settled by peaceful means based on the UN charter,” he explained.
