New Delhi: Deputy Army Chief of Staff (Vcoas) Lieutenant General CP Mohanty on Monday spoke with General Charles Flynn, Commander General, the Pacific Army of the United States.
Mohanty and Flynn held a telephone conversation where they discussed strengthening bilateral defense cooperation and its aspects.
