Looking to accelerate the spread of clean energy to resolve their economy in a big way through bilateral cooperation in the next 10 years, India and the US will launch ‘dialogue mobilization of klimperan and finance’ action ‘on the first day of the American Special President’s visit for John Kerry’s climate here on Monday.
The dialogue is one of the two main songs of the ‘Indian-US Climate Association and the 2030 Clean Energy Partnership which together was placed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and American President Joe Biden during the leader summit in April.
Other songs, strategic clean energy partnerships (SCEP), were launched by the Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas Hardeep Singh Puri and US Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm in virtual mode on Thursday.
“Both of these songs will jointly work to mobilize finances and increase the spread of clean technology.
This will help India achieve ambitious goals to install 450 GW renewable energy in 2030 under the ongoing efforts of the country’s energy transition,” an official said.
He said the Messenger of the US President for the climate would meet with Minister of Environment Bhupender Yadav and Minister of Energy Power & Renewable R K Singh on Monday, in addition to launching ‘dialog mobilization and financial mobilization’.
The meeting assumed that it could be able to pave the way for more intense dialogue on the agenda of ‘net-zero’ emissions from various countries in various sessions 26 the UN Climate Conference (COP26), scheduled to be held at Glasgow, England in November.
It is expected that Kerry will try to bring India on the ‘net-zero’ destination mission in the middle of the century.
Even though India does not refuse for the future ideas ‘neutral carbon’ for the world, the state has consistently insisted on a different timeline for various countries to achieve such goals by maintaining their respective abilities and national conditions under the main principles of the agreement Paris.
