New Delhi: India is ready to produce 5 billion doses of vaccines at the end of next year, PM Modi said on Saturday at the top of the G20 in Rome.
Citing Prime Minister, Secretary of Foreign Affairs Harsh Vardhan Shringla said that vaccine doses would be available to the world in general.
“We also believe that who EUA (Emergency Use Authorization) for Covaxin will facilitate this process to help other countries,” he added.
Indian medical equipment to more than 150 countries talked about “one earth, health” vision which was a collaborative approach in fighting Covid-19, said the Secretary of the Foreign.
PM Modi has invited the G20 countries to make their Indian partners in the economic recovery and diversification of supply chains, while reminding that India remains a trusted partner in a reliable supply chain context, he said.
Apart from Covid and Health problems, leaders also discussed the global energy crisis, said Shringla.
The G20 Summit is underway in the Italian capital of Rome on Saturday.
