New Delhi: BJP on Saturday said prohibiting the interregnum of the Vajpayee Government, India before 2014 was a semi-Islamic state.
At a press conference, BJP Sudhanshu Trivedi spokesman also accused the member of the Rahul Gandhi congress which demeaned Hindu statements to cause violence in Maharashtra and false news intentionally spread after large-scale commotion occurred throughout the state.
“Under the rules of the congress, India is partly Muslim.
I say responsibly because sharia provisions are part of the constitutional system,” he said, referring to practices such as instant talaq, now prohibited, and the Hajj rebellion, because it was stopped.
In a clear reference to the Government of Rajiv Gandhi who brought the law to befall the SC command in the case of Shah Bano, Trivedi said the assessment was rejected to provide sharia provisions.
“Overriding SC’s assessment is not done even in a Muslim state,” said Trivedi, added, “INSULTING Hinduism is in the DNA Congress.” He accused the violence in Maharashtra on the news of the “false” mosque targeted in the comments of Tripura leaders and Congress attacking Hindutva is part of a conspiracy.
“Large-scale violence, Rahul’s statement against Hindutva and Salman Khurshid compared Hindutva with the form of Islamic terrorists could not be a coincidence but slapped a conspiracy greater than spreading hatred of Hinduism,” he said.
Trived said that Rahul’s Tirade against Hinduism, which stirred congressional workers in Maharashtra.
“It seems that he has been an inspiration for his party workers in Maharashtra in slandering Hindutva and encouraged organized campaigns to trigger communal disputes and violence,” he added.
By asserting that the rules of Shivaji were also associated with Hinduism, Trivedi said leaders such as Rahul could not understand the concept and asked him to read his party’s Stalwarts such as Mahatma Gandhi, Bal Gangadhar Tilak and Jawaharlal Nehru.
