Lucknow: Head of the Suheldev Bhartiya Samaj (SBSP) Party Om Prakash Rajbhar said on Wednesday saying the partition will not occur in 1947 Has Mohammad Ali Jinnah has made Prime Minister Prime First, adding a line to comments by the Samajwadi Party Supremo Akhilesh Yadav.
Rajbhar Allied Yadav polls recently talked about Jinnah in the same breath as Sardar Vallabhai Patel, Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru as a freedom fighters, triggered criticism from BJP leaders, including Uttar Pradesh Minister of Yogi Adityanath.
“If Jinnah has made the first Prime Minister, the country’s partition will not happen,” Rajbhar told reporters in Varanasi.
In the criticism of the BJP leaders on Yadav’s comments about Jinnah, Rajbhar suggested that the former Deputy PM L seek a similar view of Jinnah.
“Read Advani Ji’s view, read Atal Ji’s view, read the sights of other countries’ well sympathizers about the prospect of Jinnah which has been made by PM.
Why did they praise him?” Yadav has made the statement seem to equalize the founder of Pakistan Jinnah with Gandhi and Nehru while praising Patel on the 146th birthday on October 31, collecting many eyebrows.
“Sardar Patel, father of Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru and (Muhammad Ali) Jinnah studied at the same institute and became a lawyer.
They helped (India) get freedom and never retreat from the struggle,” he said.
Yadav also referred to a ban imposed on RSS by Patel, then the Minister of Home, following the murder of Gandhi in 1948, said only he could do it.
Reacting to Yadav’s statement about Jinnah, spokesman BJP Rakesh Tripathi said Jinnah was considered a criminal in the country and those who tried to use their names would not benefit.
