India works with the UN launching a tech platform for peace

The United Nations: India in collaboration with the United Nations on Wednesday launched Unite aware – a technology platform for the maintenance mission of peace which aims to provide information regarding Medan to the Peace Explanships.
The launch came when India assumed the president of the UN Security Council of the 15-nation for August.
This project was launched before the Minister of External Affairs S Jaishankar here at the UN headquarters.
Jaisankar Arrives in New York on Monday as the UN Security Council held an emergency meeting on the situation in Afghanistan, in just 10 days that the strong UN body met under India’s presidency for August to discuss worsening and deteriorating situations that decomposed in the country hit by war.
‘Unite realized’ is a situational awareness software program that enables the center of peace maintenance operations to visualize and analyze land situations in real-time conflict zones.
This will help in increasing situational awareness and providing information related to Medan to Peace Explanships.
India has contributed USD 1.64 million to the project.
India has developed it in partnership with the UN peacekeeping department and operational support department.
This project aims to show the impact of modern supervision technology in the detection of asymmetrical threats.
The purpose of this project is to improve camp security for UN peace, the overall security situation, and the quality of situational awareness, said the Ministry of Affairs in New Delhi before.
India has partnered with the United Nations to launch a conscious platform at first in the four missions of the United Nations Peace Guard: Minusma (Mali), UNMS (South Sudan), UNFICYP (Syprus) and Amisom (Somalia).
